How do I purchase my order on the site?

To place your order:

  • Click the Add to Cart button on the products you wish to buy.
  • Select Continue Shopping to add more products or choose Checkout to proceed.
  • Login using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account, please register first.
  • Confirm your shipping address and click Next.
  • Select your shipping method.
  • Choose your payment method.
  • Review your billing details and agree to the terms and conditions.
  • Click Confirm Order to complete your purchase.
What payment methods are available?

We offer several payment options:

  • Credit Card (via GHL) – Visa / Mastercard
  • Internet Banking
  • Invoice / Cheque / Offline Bank Transfer

Note: Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.

How can I change my account information and shipping address?

Log in to your account and go to:

Account Maintenance → Edit your account information and shipping address.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on Lost Password and enter the email address associated with your account.

A verification link will be sent to your email, allowing you to reset and create a new password.

Can I cancel an existing order?

Yes, cancellation is possible only if the order is still in pending status.

“Request to Cancel Order”

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

What is the transaction currency for products?

All transactions on our website are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery normally takes between 3 – 7 working days, depending on product availability and shipping location.
