Estimated Timeline Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days unless otherwise stated.
Customer Responsibility Customers must ensure their delivery address and contact information are accurate and up to date.
External Delays Ettix is not liable for courier, customs, weather, public holiday or logistics disruptions outside reasonable control.

Cancellation

An order may only be cancelled if it remains pending and has not yet entered shipping, fulfilment or sourcing processing. Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly to Ettix via the official contact channels.

Pending Orders Only Cancellation is generally possible only while the order remains unprocessed or pending.
No Cancellation After Shipping Orders already packed, shipped or processed for delivery may not be cancelled.
Formal Notification Customers should email Ettix with appropriate reference details to request order cancellation.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty support are subject to their respective policy pages and applicable product conditions. Customers should review those policies carefully before purchase.
