Delivery timelines are based on working days and exclude weekends and public holidays unless stated otherwise.
3–7 Days
Standard delivery normally takes between 3 and 7 working days depending on product availability and destination.
Payment Verification
Orders requiring manual payment confirmation will only be released for processing after verification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details and contact information are complete and accurate.
Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed on the website, it will go through internal review and processing before shipment is arranged. Orders are generally processed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
For orders paid through instant or online payment channels, processing may begin sooner, subject to stock confirmation and order review. For orders paid via invoice, cheque or offline bank transfer, the order will only proceed after Ettix receives complete payment confirmation details.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days. This timeline is an estimate only and may vary depending on stock availability, destination, courier performance, public holidays, order size and other operational considerations.
Certain items, large quantities, special-order products or project-related requests may require additional time for sourcing, preparation or coordination before dispatch.
Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delays, customers are expected to provide accurate shipping details, contact information and payment confirmation where required. Ettix will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided during checkout or follow-up communication.
Manual Bank Transfer Orders
For orders paid via invoice, cheque or offline bank transfer, customers are required to submit complete payment information to Ettix after transfer is made. Shipment will not proceed until the transfer has been verified by our team.
