For orders paid through instant or online payment channels, processing may begin sooner, subject to stock confirmation and order review. For orders paid via invoice, cheque or offline bank transfer, the order will only proceed after Ettix receives complete payment confirmation details.

Step 1 — Order Placement The customer places the order and receives an order reference through the website workflow.
Step 2 — Payment Confirmation Payment must be received and verified before the order is released for fulfilment.
Step 3 — Processing & Packing The order is reviewed, prepared and scheduled for shipment based on stock readiness and order details.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 working days. This timeline is an estimate only and may vary depending on stock availability, destination, courier performance, public holidays, order size and other operational considerations.

Certain items, large quantities, special-order products or project-related requests may require additional time for sourcing, preparation or coordination before dispatch.

Standard Timeline Most standard orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after successful payment verification and order processing.
Extended Lead Time Lead time may be longer for special items, larger volume requests or products subject to sourcing timelines.

Customer Responsibilities

To avoid delays, customers are expected to provide accurate shipping details, contact information and payment confirmation where required. Ettix will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided during checkout or follow-up communication.

Correct Shipping Address Customers must ensure the delivery address is complete, accurate and accessible for courier delivery.
Reachable Contact Number A valid contact number should be provided so courier or sales support can contact the customer if required.
Payment Confirmation Submission For manual transfer payments, required payment details must be submitted promptly to avoid fulfilment delays.

Manual Bank Transfer Orders

For orders paid via invoice, cheque or offline bank transfer, customers are required to submit complete payment information to Ettix after transfer is made. Shipment will not proceed until the transfer has been verified by our team.

Customers should send the following details to sales@ettix.co or WhatsApp the information to 0122158440:

Required Payment Details Bank Name, Banking Date, Banking Time, Banking Reference Number, Total Amount Paid and Order Number.
Confirmation Requirement Purchased products will not be delivered until Ettix receives and verifies the payment confirmation details.
